During this period, the average Report company witnessed a 20.2 percent increase in sales from £190.4 million in 2000/01 to £213.9 million in 2001/02 before ending the three years of analysis in 2002/03 at £228.9 million. Pre-tax profits also increased by 22.6 percent, from £7.4 million in 2000/01 to £9.1 million in 2002/03.
