We have traded with National Westminster for over ten years.

Prices: The publishers' list prices are revised periodically. Any errors and omissions noted after a product is ordered will be notified to the purchaser prior to an item being sent. The discount from the publishers' price is only for transactions that are cleared within three working days of payment being received. Late payment will result in the full purchase price being invoiced. The price given on the shopping cart is the price to use - the price on the executive summary page may be out of date.

Postage: The UK Royal Mail services "Next Day" (for UK deliveries) and "Swiftair Plus Recorded" are used for all deliveries. Next Day guarantees delivery by 12.30am the next working day to 99% of UK addresses. Please inform us immediately if the service fails to deliver on time. Swiftair International Express Airmail Recorded operates to most international destinations and uses the first available flight. The Royal Mail quote an average of two days for delivery from the UK to Switzerland and just over three days to Japan. We receive confirmation that your item has been delivered. For simplicity, we have used an average weight for determining postage on all reports. Please verify your destination zone when ordering reports. The customer is not charged for packaging, thus no VAT applies to orders for printed material.

Returns: Ariadne does not accept returns. Please ensure that you have ordered correctly and check your order confirmation email carefully. Please keep a copy of your order form. All reports are quality checked before posting and are packaged in strong cardboard. We use recorded delivery to ensure that losses in transit can be traced.

Ownership: All goods remain the property of Ariadne or the publishers until payment is received in full. Goods that have not been paid for must be returned on demand within five working days and the cost of the airmail return is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Content: Ariadne is not responsible for the content of the reports, not for the information given in the Executive Summaries or Contents List. Please inform us of any errors or items you believe to be misleading and we will raise the matter directly with the publishers, without revealing your contact details.

Timing: Whilst Ariadne will make every effort to ensure that reports are delivered as promptly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs deriving from the delay in receiving any item ordered from ourselves. Please note that older reports may be out of print and may thus require up to three extra working days for delivery.
